Manthorpe GL261 Lockable Loft Access Door 562mm x 562mm

Description

Manthorpe's GL261 is a lockable push up loft access door that is seen as the ideal answer to situations where more than one property shares the same loft space. It can be locked shut using its key operated Cam Lock, which comes with the product.

The catches pull the door down onto the compression seal to give a tight seal between the door and frame. This prevents the problem of moist air entering the roof space and cause damage to the roof structure and items in the loft space.
