Everbuild Stick 2 Rapid Epoxy (2 x 12ml tubes)

Description

Stick 2 is an industrial strength, two-part clear adhesive that sets hard in just 4 minutes

Made by roofing giant Everbuild, Stick 2 rapid Expoxy bonds most materials. Thanks to its impressive stegnth, once cured, it can be drilled, sanded and painted.

Stick 2 is resistant to water and rain, high temperatures.

It can be used on a wide range of materials, including metals, crockery, glass, wood, china, dry concrete, rubber, fabrics, crystal, jewellery/precious stones and various hard plastics.

Application

For use in industry, construction and homes. Can be used in- and outdoors.

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and are free from flaking material, dust, rust and grease.
2. Roughen surfaces with sandpaper to improve adhesion.
3. Squeeze out equal quantities of the resin and hardener from the separate tubes, into the mixing tray provided and mix for 30 secs to 1 minute.
   Mixed adhesive is usable for only 4 minutes so only mix small quantities in one go.
4. Apply adhesive immediately to both surfaces. Assemble and hold/clamp until adhesive starts to cure.
   Please Note: The adhesive will cure faster at higher temperatures and conversely, slower at low temperatures. At 20°C, the adhesive sets hard in 4 minutes and is fully cured in 12 hours.
5. Carefully remove any residual adhesive with a sharp knife before adhesive sets.
