Everything you need to install rubber waterproofing on a dormer roof.
This all-in-one kit is ideal for structures where the front edge has a gutter (across the width) and back edge adjoins to a pitched roof. This easy to install EPDM roofing can be applied as a DIY project. EPDM membrane and adhesive can be easily installed onto most roofs in just a couple of hours without the need for open flames. This kit will have a life expectancy of up to 50 years without requiring maintenance. EPDM rubber roof membranes are UV, ozone and infrared stable so will not crack, blister or peel from sunlight and weathering.
