• Life expectancy in excess of 20 years.
• Available with ten year insurance backed guarantee or twelve year manufacturer's guarantee on application, subject to installation and inspection by Bailey. Consult manufacturer.
• Installation by recommended contractors, if insurance backed guarantee required.

System accepts limited foot traffic associated with construction or maintenance.
